- Bright orange whip flag at least 6 by 12 inches must reach 10 feet above ground. White headlights and red taillights required after dark. Roll bars and seat belts required on dune buggies and 4x4s; children under eight require appropriate restraints. Alcohol is prohibited in the riding area.
