Uploaded files
Event and submission tools may accept files such as flyers, documents, images, maps, or PDFs when supported by the current form. Uploaded materials are reviewed before public use and should not include confidential information.
Information collected automatically
The site uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate usage analytics and uses Cloudflare Pages and related Cloudflare services for hosting, security, forms, functions, KV, and R2-backed submission workflows where configured. Server and security logs may include IP address, device, browser, referrer, requested pages, and timing information.
Cookies, storage, location, search and link tracking
Analytics and embedded services may use cookies or similar browser storage. Search interactions, partner clicks, merchandise clicks, and campaign links may be measured. Location is used only after a visitor chooses a location-based control and is not automatically requested on page load.
Artificial intelligence processing
Current submission workflows may use OpenAI API processing to help extract, organize, or review submitted event or listing information before publication. Do not submit confidential information.

Service providers and retention
SxSWeRide uses service providers only as needed to operate the website, including analytics, hosting, security, email or form delivery, storage, and submission processing. Information is retained as long as reasonably useful for those purposes unless deletion is appropriate.
