Planning Notes
  • The resort accesses North Cumberland WMA by Trail 27. The advertised 600-mile, 200,000-acre network is regional, not the resort’s own land area. Trail 27 is advertised as open 24 hours year-round; confirm conditions and restrictions for other routes. The Ridges is a separate affiliate about one mile east.
  • The resort advertises two- and four-seat Polaris RZR rentals and guided rides. Trail permits are required. Repair shops mentioned on the website are across the street, rather than an onsite repair service.
  • LaFollette’s posted local-road SxS rules require a licensed driver age 16 or older, insurance, helmet, goggles and seat belts, with daylight travel only. These are local-road rules, not a blanket rule for every WMA trail. Hunting-season visibility clothing is required in the regional riding area; check TWRA dates and current permit requirements.
